The police presence in these extreme places, when it exists, is to launch some operation, whose lethality is a fact and whose effectiveness is doubtful, yes, in all aspects: social, educational and interactive! (in this case, between government and community).

At any time of the day and worse at night, the "government thermometer," in the form of its police apparatus, is absent. Not that it is a sign of security to find police vehicles circulating, but that it would demonstrate the good will of governments to be in these places, before any crime is committed and as said, only in special circumstances and extreme moments do they go there, otherwise, it is all... Very different from what happens in the Jardins Region, Alphaville, Cerqueira Cesar itself, Morumbi, etc., where, on every corner, at all times, it is possible to come across a Military Police vehicle. After all, there is an image to preserve and in these places, many colonels inexplicably reside, many businessmen, many people who "have money" (as if people who have money did not have diseases, did not fall into a coma and didn't what die) reside and as far as possible, it is better to "always maintain the good appearance of a public security!"

On the contrary, in Alphaville, for example, Public Security, will go there, if the population AUTHORIZES it!

However, to impress at all times, in the vicinity, it is possible to come across many vehicles parading ostensibly, asserting the will of the resident, to keep crime at bay... for controversies to avoid, where only God is to care!
